In a recent national survey of business owners*, 84% said that they or someone on their team had previously hired an employee who had an excellent resume, performed well during the interview process, and seemed like a good company fit, only for that employee to perform below expectations/standards upon hire.

98% of those same survey respondents revealed that it would be 'somewhat', 'very', or 'extremely valuable' to know how a potential new hire performed in previous roles from factual/documented information supplied by their former supervisors/managers prior to extending the candidate a job offer.
